"Looks like a few cases of my wine are missing..."
Looks like a few cases of my wine are missing. It's been five months, and I still haven't heard anything about where my wine is. Trying to get a reply from them is like pulling teeth. I should've just left my wine at tanners.

"Still waiting on my Champagne order..."
Back in March 2021, I placed an order for a case of Champagne that Fine and Rare suggested, and here we are at the end of August with no delivery in sight. My recent inquiry for an update went unanswered, and I'm starting to worry about whether their business is still on solid ground.

"Disappointing Experience"
I've been a customer of F&R for quite a while and have provided specific details about the kinds of wines I like. Here are my three major issues:
- I receive offers for wines that don't match my preferences at all.
- F&W seems way more focused on making money than on taking care of their customers.
- F&W has used my credit card info without my consent on two occasions.

"Service is Getting Back on Track"
Because of the time difference between London and Hong Kong, I struggled to communicate with Mr. Tony and had a tough time finalizing the deal.
Fortunately, I was able to reconnect with an old contact, Mr. Ross Eva, who helped me sort everything out. I’m really pleased that the deal went through without a hitch. I was close to looking for other wine companies.
That said, I want to point out the issue with their website, which kept displaying incorrect information regarding prices and stock availability.

"Fantastic wine choices and excellent customer care."
They've got an awesome variety of wines, priced just right, and the option to store them makes FRW a fantastic place to shop. I've put together a little wine collection, and every time I've had bottles sent to my house (which they handle like pros), I've never received a dud—always in top-notch shape.

F&R offers a solid variety of wines at reasonable prices, ranging from decent to outstanding. The service is usually top-notch, and they keep you in the loop with emails about current deals and frequent newsletters packed with additional details.
They also have a storage option and a way to sell your wine, though I haven't given those a shot myself.

"En Primeur Campaigns of 2015 and 2016"
For the past year and a half, I've been using Fine and Rare for the en Primeur campaigns of 2015 and 2016. Their service has been top-notch, and I've successfully snagged all the wines I aimed for on my list. I’d definitely suggest this company to others.

"Reliable Wine Service"
For many years, I've relied on Fine & Rare and have always been pleased with what they offer. I have confidence in their wine provenance when making purchases. Additionally, I keep my wines stored with Fine & Rare in my personal account, and so far, their storage has proven to be dependable. The only thing I'm curious about when it comes to selling wine is the fees that merchants impose - that definitely needs a rethink, as it could boost sales.

"Cautiously Endorsed"
I've had a few not-so-great moments when trying to get my hands on some hard-to-find wines, only to find out weeks down the line that they’re out of stock. Waiting up to twelve weeks for a wine order feels a bit off in today’s world. That said, they do provide a kind of service that, as far as I know, you can't find anywhere else.

"Fantastic Experience!"
Awesome service, super quick to respond, and they provide genuine advice - even suggesting I skip a wine! Delivery is smooth, with a massive selection of wines and some really unique options. The descriptions of the wines are well done and often feature expert reviews. The only downside is that roughly 80% of the wines are beyond my budget, and while they do offer plenty under £20, those aren't usually the ones they highlight. But hey, maybe that's for the best, or I'd end up buying way too much! All in all, fantastic experience!

"Exceptional and Uncommon Experience"
Fine & Rare provides a service that’s truly unmatched. Their knowledge is top-notch, and they’re super helpful and dependable (I’ve never picked a boring wine from their suggestions). Two things really shine: great value - I seriously doubt you’ll discover anything better; and a friendly, personal touch in their service. Shopping with them is a real pleasure. I can’t recommend them enough!

"My Experience with FINE+RARE Over the Years"
I've been working with FINE+RARE for nearly two decades, initially to offload my wine collection because of health issues, and later as a customer when I was feeling better. Their suggestions have consistently met my expectations. Fingers crossed it's me enjoying my buys instead of my Executors!
